Cancellation and Refunds

At Thriftly, we value your shopping experience and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at thriftlyretail@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds & Returns

We accept returns/refunds only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incorrect size/color delivered (if applicable)

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products purchased during sale/clearance

  • Items returned without original tags/packaging

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
