📦 Thriftly Policies

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only for wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, or defective/damaged items.

  • Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team at thriftlyretail@gmail.com

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons of dislike, minor color variation, or general wear and tear.

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or issue store credit/refund (as applicable).


Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time across India is 5–10 business days, depending on the location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order is dispatched.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, an order cannot be canceled.


Privacy Policy

  • Thriftly respects your privacy and ensures that your personal information is used only to process and deliver your orders.

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

  • Payment details are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

  • Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen resolutions.
