Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, or defective/damaged items.

Customers must raise a request within 3 days of delivery by contacting our support team at thriftlyretail@gmail.com

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons of dislike, minor color variation, or general wear and tear.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your exchange or issue store credit/refund (as applicable).
Refund Policy

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

In case of COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
