5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

6. Delays in Delivery

7. Undeliverable Packages

In case the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages
